The most gravity-defying mermaid I’ve made yet!
This one was worth all the extra steps and work, for sure - I make a sloth mermaid every year, always with a traditional mermaid tail if varying colors. This year I wanted to try something wild! So I decided on a dolphin tail, and to make it mid-jump!
Fuzzy, mossy sloth fur gives way to shiny dolphin tail, set on top of a jumping wave of watercolor blues.
Handmade by me from polymer clay, hand painted.
Measures nearly 6 inches tall, 5 inches wide from nose tip to back of tail.
