Where do you Ship?
Currently I ship Worldwide, with the exception of the EU and Northern Ireland due to new regulations.
Do you take custom orders?
Custom orders are currently closed until further notice.
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing, such as Preorders.
What is your Return/Refund Policy?
I do not accept returns/refunds unless your piece arrives damaged in transit. If your item is damaged please contact me within 1 day of delivery with photos of the damage to [email protected] and I will either replace or repair the item depending on the damage.
Depending on the piece, I may require you to ship it back to me for repair at my own expense.
Apologies, but I do not ever reimburse shipping fees, customs or VAT charges. This money is paid to other entities upon shipping your item and I no longer have it.
What is the cost of shipping?
I ship via tracked USPS First Class (Now called Ground Advantage) and First Class International - it varies based on weight. Just an example of possible shipping charges, a figurine will usually be around $4.50-$6.50 unless it is larger than the First Class weight limit. (price estimates are within the US)
I cannot control or change the cost to ship internationally. I do not make money on the shipping fees, they are set as such due to my experience shipping worldwide and how much it actually costs.
How do I care for my new sculpture?
Many of my sculptures have smaller details and parts - it's important to handle them with care. They are meant for display only. Please do not get them wet or keep them near heat/steam.
