This Red-Capped Tamarin Mermaid was my idea for the ‘mirror’ prompt of Mermay - so it’s holding a silvery fish friend trying to see his reflection!
Although the fish is very shiny and glittery, it doesn’t quite work as a mirror but they’re having fun pretending anyway.
Handmade by me from polymer clay, hand painted.
Measures about 2.5 inches tall, 5 inches long.
